A proof is a sample print of your document or art work and aids in inspection of the print to ensure that the layout and colors have come out just as they are intended to. A proof is printed right before sending the document or artwork for final printing.

When we finally print a proof, we forward them to you online either in PDF format or on printed paper. For multiple-color jobs, we produce the proof on the final output device to help you get an idea about how different colors will materialize on the final product.

Your approval on the final proof is final signal that every aspect of our work and your own up until this point is accurate, and that everything is going the way you want it.

When submitting a document or an artwork, the most common and desired format to do so is the Portable Document Format (PDF) format. The reason behind that is simple, every program today can save and export documents in PDF and it works with all professional printing and digital output devices. A PDF file includes all the parameters required to maintain document consistency and most popular file formats such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Word can be easily converted into PDF format.

The payment for the jobs can be made through various ways including Cash, Bank Transfer, Card Payment and Online Payment Gateway. 

An advance payment is required to process the job and the balance can be paid on collection/delivery.
